A note from the tech: most navigation problems I get called out for are network problems, not display problems. Before buying a new MFD, count your NMEA 2000 drops, check the backbone has a terminator at each end and only two, and make sure the power tee isn't hanging off the far end of a long run. If you're building a new network, buy the backbone cable and tees in the same order as the displays — they're the parts that never arrive on time.
